beautiful pool area, easy beach access, clean grounds
Charging a $14.99 daily energy fee without prior notice!!! The power going out left us with no running water and dangerous darkness while lugging our luggage on unfamiliar stairs!!!

The resort offered wonderful customer service, especially from Jonathan at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us. The beach was calm and family-friendly, perfect for kids to enjoy. However, the location requires car rentals to access grocery stores easily.

Great vacation spot with friends! The beach was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. We stayed in a studio with a lovely view, and the snorkeling was a fun bonus. Just a heads-up, the beach can get busy with local boats around.

The staff were accommodating and genuinely pleasant, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoying the delicious Manchego ratatouille was a highlight during my meals. However, the room felt sparsely furnished, lacking proper amenities for the price paid, and I faced billing issues that required significant follow-up to resolve. Convenience to local dining and attractions was a plus, but unfortunately, these factors didn’t outweigh the discomforts encountered.

Stayed in a Superior Studio for 3 nights. The room itself was decent, but it felt a bit sparsely furnished. Definitely didn’t have the king bed or nice furniture promised for the price. The facilities were alright, but I faced some issues with billing that left me a bit frustrated. There was no real kitchen setup, making it tough to enjoy meals in the room. The good thing was it was clean and had air conditioning, which was a plus. Just expected more for what I paid.

would love to stay here again
The Standard Studio had air conditioning, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the outdoor dining area with views of the beach. The outdoor swimming pool looked inviting at night. The restaurant served delicious pizza and cocktails, particularly enjoyed the Pain Killer. Staff were super helpful, arranging fun excursions.
